  My family has been going to Porter's Lake Dental for approximately 14 yrs. The staff are warm and friendly and the care received by the dentists and hygienists has been nothing but excellent. I would easily recommend this place to others looking for dental care.

  Visiting the dentist is not my favourite pastime, but Drs. George, Angie, & Ingrid made me feel quite comfortable. I broke a front tooth last week (I'm ready for Halloween) and they did a thorough exam and explained the situation and alternatives. I will have to visit a dental surgeon and have both front teeth removed. After that process I will re-visit "Porters Lake Dental". THEY WILL CERTAINLY BE MY LOCAL DENTIST! I am retired, a U.S Citizen and spend most of my time in Musquodoboit Harbour .... Hope thus winter will be a bit more gentle! THANKS! George

  My whole family and I have been going here for years. Very professional and friendly staff. Not only are the dentists highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they are also very caring and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable while providing the best dental care possible! Highly recommend!

  We moved to the Eastern Shore from Alberta almost ten years ago and were referred to Dr George Lafontaine by a friend. As a family, we are very happy with Porters Lake Dental Clinic. We have been getting top large City style dental services with what I like to call country pricing. Maybe all dentistry is cheaper in NS, not sure but I do know one thing. I can get an appointment when I need to and I feel very comfortable with George andhis advice. Bob does our cleanings and he is great too. The entire staff seems to care about us more then we are used to and that is a good feeling. First Dentist ever to give me a needle I could't feel going in!
